1. You send us the photos via email.
Try your best to find clear photo, choose type and size of the painting and send us. If the artist can see the faces or main object clearly, we can certainly create an artwork of masterpiece quality for you. If you want to make some change with your painting, some like remove the background, pls write the detail in email. When sending photos by email, If there is any problem with your photos, we will contact you right away. Our email is steven.china@gmail.com

2. Pay the initial 50% for your order
You can pay by paypal, western union, t/t, moneybookers and so on. We guarantee that any money transfer made at our site will be absolutely secure and protected.

3. We start to paint your photo
We have lots of artists who specialize in different styles and subjects (oil painting portrait, scenery oil painting, pet portrait, favorite car and house painting etc.) We will send your order to the most suitable artist for it.

4. We evaluate the artwork, and email it to you if it meets our quality standard.
We have dedicated quality control specialists who inspect the artwork and communicate with the artist. If the artwork does not meet our quality standards, it will be sent back for modification or sent to a different artist for recreation.

5. You can request for modifications if necessary after reviewing.
We will email you your artwork photos for your review. Most of our customers approve the artwork once when receiving the first preview email. However, please feel free to email us any modification request if there is any reason that you are not satisfied with your artwork.

6. You approve the artwork and Pay the rest of the price.
You confirm the oil portrait from photo. When confirming your painting, you will be asked to pay the rest of the price plus the shipping cost.

7. We deliver the artwork to you.
Your artwork will be shipped in a well protected package. to the address you have supplied. We ship by express company. Such as DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS,.AAE.

8. We usually need 7-10 days to make your order.
If your order is under 50 pieces, we usually need 7-10 days to make, and still need 4-6 days for the shipping by express company, so our customers usually receive their artwork 11-16 days later from they pay the initial money.
